Delighted to be representing a fast-growing UK business in the building maintenance and property services sector, seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and help expand the companyโ€™s footprint across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and maintain ongoing engagement.
  • Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and networking events.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.

The Person

  • 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience in B2B sales or account management (service-based environment preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills โ€“ confident, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
