Delighted to be representing a fast-growing UK business in the building maintenance and property services sector, seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and help expand the companyโs footprint across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Represent the business at trade shows and networking events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
The Person
- 1โ2 yearsโ experience in B2B sales or account management (service-based environment preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills โ confident, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
