The Role
The Chief Revenue Officer will lead the end‑to‑end revenue agenda and play a central role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. As a member of the executive leadership team, the role carries accountability for sales, marketing, client growth and overall commercial performance. Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will establish clear go‑to‑market priorities, strengthen commercial discipline and build scalable capability across all revenue‑generating activity.
Accountabilities include:
- Owning and delivering the overall revenue and commercial strategy
- Building and leading high‑performing sales, marketing and client teams
- Defining propositions, pricing structures and margin‑focused commercial frameworks
