We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join a growing, multi-brand organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for digital storytelling and a proven ability to build and engage online audiences. You will take ownership of social media strategy and execution across multiple brands, driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

The Role

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies aligned with wider marketing and commercial objectives
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Manage online communities, including niche or closed groups, to increase engagement and brand loyalty
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve KPIs
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Manage paid social campaigns and budgets effectively
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices across all channels
  • Respond to customer engagement and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistency across all channels
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies where required

The Person

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within a multi-brand environment
  • Demonstrable success delivering effective social media strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and audience behaviours
  • Experience with analytics and advertising tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
