You'll play a central role in driving cultural change, improving leadership capability and supporting large-scale operational transformation across a diverse and evolving workforce.

As HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with site leadership teams and senior managers to drive performance and capability
  • Lead HR activity across multiple operational locations in the North
  • Coach and develop managers in employee relations, performance and leadership capability
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Support organisational change, integration and transformation initiatives
  • Embed a consistent, values-driven people approach
  • Provide leadership to on-site HR team members, ensuring effective delivery

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist who thrives in complex, operational environments.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong employee relations expertise
  • Experience supporting change, transformation or restructuring
  • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, commercially focused mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience leading or mentoring HR team members
  • Experience in manufacturing is beneficial, but candidates from logistics, FMCG, engineering, construction or similar sectors are equally encouraged to apply.
