Bamburgh Castle Estate is seeking an experienced Visitor Operations & Experience Manager to lead the on-site day-visitor business and deliver an exceptional end-to-end visitor journey.

Reporting to the Estate Manager and Owner, you will oversee people leadership, visitor experience, events, retail performance and daily site operations.

This senior, hands-on role requires practical leadership in a dynamic, live environment with a strong focus on heritage sustainability and commercial growth.
