About the Opportunity;
My client, a fast growing, purpose led organisation in the care sector are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This role will provide strategic and hands-on support to regional senior stakeholders, driving key priorities and acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement and change initiatives.
As a trusted HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda, supporting transformation programs, embedding best practices, and enhancing organisational effectiveness during a critical period of change and modernisation.
Key Responsibilities Include;
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and support change initiatives across the region, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, talent planning, performance, and engagement.
  • Deliver on key HR initiatives and key transformation activities.
  • Identify and address workforce challenges with data-driven, practical solutions.
  • Build capability across leadership teams, influencing and coaching where needed.
  • Act as a change agent, championing a forward-thinking, agile people culture.

The ideal candidate;
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant in a complex, regional environment.
  • Strong track record of leading through change, transformation, or restructuring.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior levels and build trusted partnerships.
  • Commercially aware, with excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, organisational design, and people analytics.
  • Available to start at short notice and hit the ground running.
