In this role, you'll take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with experienced senior stakeholders. You'll also support and mentor junior team members, playing a key part in delivering high-quality audit engagements and an excellent client experience. Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver statutory audits from planning through to completion
- Work both independently and as part of on-site audit teams
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and queries
- Review and support the work of junior team members, providing coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to ensure quality delivery
- Utilise digital audit tools to improve efficiency and insight
- Contribute to process improvements and team development initiatives
- Travel to client sites across the region as required
- Part-qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 2+ years' audit experience
- Confident in leading or delivering audits
- Experience working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with audit software
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
