Your
Mission: As CCO and part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll: Own commercial strategy across Europe, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Pricing.
Transform siloed operations into a high-performance commercial engine.
Lead sales structure redesign, set aligned KPIs, and embed a scalable, data-driven sales model.
Strengthen relationships with key distributors, end-users, and investors.
Drive sustainable, profitable growth towards a planned exit in 24–36 months.
Your

Collaborate with Plant Ops, Finance, HR, and Private Equity partners.
Shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Build capability and performance across a diverse, pan-European team.

Experience with regulated industries (e. g., chemicals, energy, transport).
