The Role: You’ll take ownership of a 24/7 warehouse operation, leading from the front to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on embedding consistency, improving planning, and building a more proactive, forward-thinking team. Key focus areas include:
- Driving performance across safety, service, inventory accuracy, and cost control
- Leading and developing operational and admin teams, raising capability and confidence levels
- Creating a more structured, consistent way of working across shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and forward planning — particularly in preparation for peak trading periods
- Acting as a visible, present leader within the warehouse, supporting teams in real time
