A growing, privately-owned industrial group is looking to recruit a Management Accountant to support continued expansion. This is a key role reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, offering strong exposure, autonomy and clear progression in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
The Role
- Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
- Project accounting, including costings, valuations and margin analysis
- Ownership of cashflow forecasting
- Delivery of insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
- Business partnering with commercial and operational teams
- Supporting year-end and process improvement initiatives
- Mentoring a trainee accountant
The Person
- Experience in a management accounting role
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Comfortable working at pace and autonomously
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering or other project-based environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Open to part-qualified, qualified or QBE candidates, from both industry and practice
