The Role

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Contract: Full time, permanent

Location: Glossop (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs p/w

We are partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter or agency professional looking to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to the wider talent strategy of a well-established brand. This role will have a particular focus on high-volume operational recruitment, ensuring the business continues to attract, engage and hire high-quality talent across multiple locations, while also supporting recruitment for head office and specialist positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and efficient hiring process from attraction through to onboarding.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of operational and support functions.
  • Developing attraction strategies to drive candidate engagement and improve hiring outcomes.
