In the role of Production Manager you will have full responsibility across the main processing plant, as well as the warehousing and logistics operations.

In the role of Production Manager you will have full responsibility across the main processing plant, as well as the warehousing and logistics operations.
About you:
You will be a strong and experienced Production Leader with knowledge of wider operational functions, able to drive strategy and good practice. Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in production and team leadership roles, preferably within a regulated manufacturing industry such as Chemical or Pharmaceutical
- Knowledge of Comah regulations would be an advantage but is not a requirement
- Knowledgeable in HSE, with a focus on developing safety practices and culture
- Proactive in approach to efficiencies and problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- A strong focus on service delivery and driving continuous improvements
