The Role As Supply Chain Assurance Compliance Manager, you will work closely with Technical, Procurement, Specifications and Raw Material Quality teams to identify and mitigate risk, investigate supplier-related issues and drive improvements across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities will include: Managing supplier approval, onboarding and ongoing assurance programmes.
Conducting supplier risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
Planning and delivering supplier audits and technical assessments.
Investigating supplier quality issues, complaints and non-conformances Managing supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining Fairtrade, RSPO and other certification requirements.
Supporting BRC, customer and third-party audits.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, legal and customer requirements.

The role will play a critical role in ensuring suppliers consistently meet safety, quality, legal and ethical standards while supporting the wider business in maintaining strong supply chain resilience and regulatory compliance.
About You We are looking for a confident and commercially aware quality or technical professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong supplier relationships whilst challenging standards where required.
Essential Requirements Experience within manufacturing or a broader FMCG environment.
Proven supplier auditing and supplier assurance experience.
Internal auditing qualification.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP principles.
Understanding of food supply chains and supplier risk management.
Experience investigating supplier non-conformances and root cause analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
