This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding people experience, supporting managers and employees across a busy site.
What You'll Do Working closely with site leadership and the wider People team, you'll provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across a broad range of employee relations and people-related matters.
You'll be a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate complex situations while ensuring consistency, compliance and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Support employee relations cases including absence, conduct, capability, grievance and probation matters.
Assist with investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, including preparing documentation and taking meeting notes.
Support recruitment, onboarding and probation activities.
Maintain accurate HR records, case management data and people metrics.
