Role: I am looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to join a growing technology services business delivering Microsoft 365-focused projects for SME customers.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 security, device management and onboarding projects, helping organisations modernise their workplace environments while improving security, compliance and user experience.
Working alongside a junior engineer and wider technical team, you'll take ownership of project delivery from initial client engagement through to successful completion.
Key
Responsibilities: Lead Microsoft 365 onboarding and implementation projects for customers.
Deliver Microsoft 365 security and device management solutions aligned to industry best practice.
Configure and implement: Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access Microsoft Intune Microsoft Defender Exchange Online Share Point Online One Drive and Microsoft Teams Manage device onboarding across Windows, mac OS, i OS and Android.
Coordinate project activities, timelines and customer communications.
Support the ongoing improvement of customer security posture and standardisation initiatives.
