The Role

  • Define the member data strategy - identify what data should be collected across the member lifecycle
  • Improve data capture and quality - work with internal teams to improve how and where data is collected
  • Structure and organise existing data - create a usable, well documented data foundation
  • Turn data into insight - develop clear insights for leadership and wider teams
  • Enable future value - identify opportunities for insight-led products, reports or services

The Requirements

You will play a key part in the organisations 2030 growth strategy, helping to turn fragmented data into a coherent asset that improves decisions, experience and value creation.

  • Experience in insights, analytics or data product roles
  • Comfortable working in environments with messy or immature data
  • Commercially focused
  • Experience designing data structures and frameworks
  • Background working with CRM, customer or membership data is desirable
