The Role
- Define the member data strategy - identify what data should be collected across the member lifecycle
- Improve data capture and quality - work with internal teams to improve how and where data is collected
- Structure and organise existing data - create a usable, well documented data foundation
- Turn data into insight - develop clear insights for leadership and wider teams
- Enable future value - identify opportunities for insight-led products, reports or services
The Requirements
You will play a key part in the organisations 2030 growth strategy, helping to turn fragmented data into a coherent asset that improves decisions, experience and value creation.
- Experience in insights, analytics or data product roles
- Comfortable working in environments with messy or immature data
- Commercially focused
- Experience designing data structures and frameworks
- Background working with CRM, customer or membership data is desirable
