You will be responsible for driving both short- and long-term engineering targets, supporting plant performance, improving reliability and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the team.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of maintenance planning, breakdown response, contractor management, cost control and engineering compliance.
