Job Description
- Lead the design and development of our platform from prototype to MVP and beyond.
- Define the technical architecture and ensure it supports scalability, security, and future forecasting capabilities.
- Provide hands on support where required as a full-stack engineer in the early stages of development.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and wider team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and manage a blended team of in-house and outsourced developers.
- Establish engineering best practices and agile delivery processes.
- Contribute to the long-term product roadmap and technical strategy.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, CTO, or Senior Engineer in a startup or SME environment.
- Strong full-stack development skills (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, or similar).
- Experience building SaaS platforms or data-driven products from scratch would be advantageous
