The business
We’re working with a well-established business based in Manchester in search of a Senior Key Account Manager. The business is looking to expand and hire a senior key accountant manager to support the growth within the business.
Role
This role is key to strengthening relationships with existing partners, onboarding new ones, and driving collaborative initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and mutual success.
Duties include:
  • Nurture and manage long-term relationships with existing partners to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic projects with partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and its partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value to partners.
  • Monitor partner performance, establish KPIs, and regularly report on progress against revenue targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new partners in line with company growth objectives.

Person
  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and KPIs.
