The Company Nigel Wright Tech are delighted to be working with an established software company in their search for a SQL Developer The Role In this role you will undertake a variety of tasks, including data loading and ETL, working with complex data structures, writing queries/stored procedures, optimising queries and tables, producing reports and creating workflows. Other responsibilities include: Standard SQL tasks such as table design, query creation, etc Ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of data Creating ETL workflows to process large datasets, in a variety of formats Troubleshooting database performance issues using tools such as Redgate SQL Monitor, SSMS query store Designing and delivering reports on big datasets The Requirements Key Requirements include: Experience of designing and implementing solutions which involve big datasets Strong SQL/T-SQL experience Ability to analyse and understand complex data structures Experience in writing and troubleshooting complex queries, stored procedures, functions, etc Experience with ETL Cloud database technologies or Python skills would be beneficial
