Finance Partner
We're supporting a large, purpose-led organisation as it continues an exciting period of transformation and growth. As part of an investment in its finance function, there are opportunities for experienced Finance Partners to join a team that is evolving, expanding and increasing its influence across the wider business.

The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional management accounting role.

You'll work closely with operational leaders, becoming a trusted adviser within your business areas. You'll provide insight, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive value through effective financial planning and decision-making.

  • Partner with senior operational stakeholders across key service areas
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
  • Provide meaningful financial insight and performance analysis
  • Support investment decisions and business cases
  • Drive continuous improvement and value-for-money initiatives
  • Influence positive change across a complex and evolving organisation
  • Be part of a finance team that is increasing its visibility and strategic impact across the business

About You
We're interested in speaking with individuals who:

  • Are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, although strong PQ/QBE candidates will also be considered
  • Have strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Enjoy building relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Are naturally curious, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Can identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where not everything is already mapped out
  • Have experience partnering with operational or non-finance teams

Sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate transferable business partnering experience and a genuine desire to make an impact.
