We are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in the search for a Recruitment Officer to join their HR team based at their Leeming site. As Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, from specialist and office-based positions through to high-volume and seasonal production hiring. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure the business attracts, engages, and secures high-quality talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from brief through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role criteria.
