Are you a Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to change programmes? We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager to join a growing transformation team at a pivotal stage in its journey. This isn't an opportunity to step into a large, established PMO with rigid processes and layers of governance. Instead, you'll play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered whilst helping build the foundations of a growing transformation capability.
Working closely with the Transformation Programme Manager and a newly appointed Business Analyst, you'll help drive a portfolio of projects that span technology, operations, process improvement, organisational change, and business transformation. You'll be responsible for managing and delivering a range of transformation initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are structured, effectively governed, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Projects are varied and may include:
