Help Build a Transformation Function from the Ground Up

Are you a Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to change programmes? We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager to join a growing transformation team at a pivotal stage in its journey. This isn't an opportunity to step into a large, established PMO with rigid processes and layers of governance. Instead, you'll play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered whilst helping build the foundations of a growing transformation capability.

Working closely with the Transformation Programme Manager and a newly appointed Business Analyst, you'll help drive a portfolio of projects that span technology, operations, process improvement, organisational change, and business transformation. If you're looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence how change is delivered, this could be the role for you.

You'll be responsible for managing and delivering a range of transformation initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are structured, effectively governed, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Projects are varied and may include:

  • Systems and technology change initiatives
  • Process improvement programmes
  • Operating model and organisational design projects

Project Manager employer: Nigel Wright Group

Join a dynamic and innovative team in Leeds, where your role as a Project Manager will not only allow you to influence the delivery of transformative projects but also contribute to building a robust transformation function from the ground up. With a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of £55,000 plus benefits, we foster a collaborative work culture that prioritises employee growth and development, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to thrive in your career. Embrace the opportunity to shape meaningful change in an environment that values creativity and initiative.
