The
Role: Reporting into the manufacturing leadership team, the Production Control Leader will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure customer requirements, operational priorities and business objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining short-term manufacturing and production schedules.
Leading daily production planning meetings and monitoring adherence to plan.
Identifying potential delivery risks and implementing corrective actions.
Working closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Material Planning teams to resolve capacity, resource and material constraints.
Producing production performance data, utilisation reports and forecasting information.
Supporting on-time delivery performance and reporting key metrics to senior leadership.
Running schedule simulations and scenario planning to improve manufacturing performance and reduce risk.
