The Opportunity
Are you a Product Manager with 2–3 years’ experience looking for that next career step where you can take ownership, drive innovation, and make a real impact? We’re working exclusively with a growing UK technology business that designs and delivers cutting-edge safety and communication solutions used across critical sectors including healthcare, public services, and infrastructure.
This role is based in Manchester (Trafford Park) with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office), and would suit someone with a background in wireless, telecoms, or hardware who’s excited to work across the full product lifecycle — from roadmap and strategy to delivery and optimisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing existing products through their lifecycle, including firmware and version control
- Leading on the product roadmap — balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy
- Supporting the development of new products in collaboration with internal teams
- Working closely with stakeholders across software development, operations, and customer support
- Helping shape future innovation in mobile, GPS-enabled, and Bluetooth-connected technology
What you need:
- 2–3 years' experience in a Product Management or Product Engineering role
- Ideally a background in telecoms, wireless tech, IoT or hardware
- Strong communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A self-starter ready to make your mark in a standalone product role
