This is a role where you'll play a key part in shaping future operations, supporting major projects and helping deliver improvements that will have a lasting impact on business performance.
The role Working closely with operational and engineering teams, you'll provide technical expertise across manufacturing activities, process development and improvement initiatives.
You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects, from feasibility studies and process optimisation through to new product introduction, commercialisation and plant improvement programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide process engineering support across manufacturing operations.• Lead and contribute to feasibility studies and development projects.• Identify and deliver process optimisation and performance improvement opportunities.• Support product scale-up and commercialisation activities.• Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments.• Support regulatory and compliance requirements.• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.• Contribute to strategic growth and business improvement projects.
