To support this journey, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Operations Director to join the senior leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership, business growth and social impact within a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation.
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Director will lead operational delivery across multiple sites, supporting existing teams in Newcastle and Durham whilst helping establish and scale the organisation's presence in the North West.
