This is a hands-on position where you will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee experience, while also managing employee benefits and contributing to continuous process improvement.
The Role As the Payroll Benefits Specialist you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of two monthly payrolls (factory and office-based employees), ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within deadline.
