The Opportunity

We are seeking an Operations Team Lead to play a key role in shaping the operations function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on operational expertise with leadership responsibility, while contributing to the ongoing build-out of a new and ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of Operations Analysts
  • Design and oversee daily operational controls, including reconciliations across multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Rates, Futures, Credit, Commodities)
  • Provide core operational support and contribute to building scalable infrastructure
  • Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors to improve processes
  • Review and resolve breaks across trade affirmation
