As part of its ongoing growth and supply chain development plans, the business is seeking a Head of Customer Supply Chain on a foxed term contract basis until July 2027 to lead customer-facing supply chain operations and drive service excellence
The
Role
Reporting to the Senior Director Supply Chain, you will lead the customer supply chain and customer service function, acting as the key interface between customers, commercial teams and the wider supply chain.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead customer service operations and order-to-cash activities.
- Drive improvements in customer service performance, OTIF delivery and service levels.
- Manage customer master data, pricing processes and compliance controls.
- Develop strong relationships with major retail customers and their supply chain teams.
- Lead and develop a customer-facing supply chain team.
- Support strategic supply chain projects including system, network and new product initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, logistics, supply, finance and purchasing teams.
