A Financial Controller will be hired for a 6 month period with a view to becoming permanent. This hire will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial accounting, transaction processing, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and treasury management. This position works closely with the CEO and the Finance Business Partners, with accountability for the integrity of financial records, financial controls and the delivery of statutory and management reporting.

About You:
- A fully Qualified Accountant would be preferred, however Qualified by Experience candidates with relevant financial controller experience will be considered.
- Significant experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
- UK GAAP (IFRS) knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in transaction-heavy, multi-channel e-commerce or retail environments would be beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and complex accounting processes.
- Knowledge of EU VAT and cross-border trade compliance.
- Proficiency with ERP accounting systems.
