Part Qualified Management Accountant - Hybrid Working - Study support available An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a large, multi-site manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. This role sits at the heart of the operation, providing financial analysis and insight that directly influences business performance. Working closely with finance, operations and site management teams, you'll help identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing processes and support key commercial decisions. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, investigate variances and work closely with operational stakeholders to understand the drivers behind performance. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting and analysis Analyse labour costs, operational variances, yields and production performance Produce overhead reporting and departmental cost analysis Review and support cost standards and operational performance metrics Assist with capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals Partner with non-finance stakeholders across manufacturing and operations Provide insight that supports continuous improvement initiatives and business performance improvements Experience within a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) or a desire to continue studying, with study support available
