What You'll Do
This is a hands-on and strategic position, where you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end recruitment, from initial brief through to onboarding
Designing and delivering direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams
Managing and optimising relationships with external agencies
Developing and scaling graduate and early careers programmes
Using data and insights to continuously improve hiring performance
Driving diversity & inclusion initiatives within hiring practices
Leading and developing junior team members
