About the role

• Oversee the effective delivery of all repairs, maintenance, and compliance services.
• Ensure all properties meet health, safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Lead strategic and operational planning for repairs and void management.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance reporting.
• Prepare for and implement changes in fire safety and regulatory frameworks.
