What You'll Do
This is a hands-on and strategic position, where you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment, from initial brief through to onboarding
- Designing and delivering direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams
- Managing and optimising relationships with external agencies
- Developing and scaling graduate and early careers programmes
- Using data and insights to continuously improve hiring performance
- Driving diversity & inclusion initiatives within hiring practices
- Leading and developing junior team members
