I am working with a growing technology-driven organisation seeking an IT Systems Technician to support both internal teams and external clients. This is a varied, hands-on role covering IT support, systems administration, onboarding, and customer engagement within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Provide IT systems, software, and hardware support across the business
- Own and manage the IT Service Desk, ensuring tickets are handled efficiently
- Onboard new clients, including system setup, data integration, and configuration
- Deliver system demonstrations and training to both internal users and customers
- Produce reports and analyse data using tools such as Excel and Power BI
Strong general IT support skills, good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems, and strong Excel skills, including formulas and reporting are essential. Previous IT support experience (2+ years advantageous) and exposure to e-commerce or web platforms (e.g. online selling systems) are preferred. Experience producing reports using Power BI and awareness or interest in AI or automation technologies are also beneficial. The candidate should be confident communicating via phone, email, and video calls, and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
