- Contributing to cross-functional projects and wider organisational initiatives
About You
This role would suit someone who is confident operating in a complex environment and enjoys influencing at senior level. You’re likely to bring:
- Strong business partnering experience, with the credibility to advise and challenge non-finance leaders
- A commercial mindset and the ability to balance support with appropriate challenge
- Excellent communication skills, able to present financial information clearly and persuasively
- Strong analytical capability, including scenario modelling and interpreting financial drivers
- Resilience and confidence when working under pressure and managing competing priorities
- Experience working in a large or complex organisation (sector background is open)
- Formal qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. Candidates who are part-qualified or qualified by experience, with strong commercial judgement, are very much encouraged to apply.
Why Apply?
- A high-impact role where finance is central to decision-making
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategically important projects
- A supportive, flexible working culture with strong benefits and hybrid working
