Key Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, including a General Manager, to influence strategic and operational decisions
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes
- Providing commercial insight across pricing, promotions and investment decisions
- Driving ROI analysis and challenging performance to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders
- Supporting cross‑functional initiatives, including supply chain and inventory optimisation
- Playing a proactive role in improving financial understanding across the wider business

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a commercially focused finance professional with strong business partnering experience and the ability to operate confidently in a demanding, high‑performance environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- Experience managing or supporting complex P&Ls within a fast‑paced environment
- Background in consumer‑led, retail or FMCG environments (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability and strong financial modelling experience
- Ability to present financial information clearly, with strong storytelling and communication skills
