Nigel Wright are currently supporting a Teesside based business with their Payroll Specialist requirement. This role is initially a 6 month contract offering an immediate start. Also on offer is hybrid working (3-4 days from home).

The Role

  • Supporting the end to end processing of monthly payroll
  • Ensuring payroll is accurate and processed in line with deadlines
  • Inputting and checking payroll data including starters, leavers, and amendments
  • Handling queries from employees regarding pay, tax, and deductions
  • Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting where required

  • Experience within a payroll environment (end-to-end or part-process)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and legislation
