The Opportunity
A well-established engineering and fabrication services business is seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to take ownership of its technology environment and act as the key liaison between the business and its external IT and cyber security partners.
The IT Systems Manager will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's IT services remain secure, reliable and aligned to business objectives.
The role combines technology leadership, supplier management, cyber security oversight and project delivery, with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement across the IT estate.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the IT Systems Manager will take ownerships of the business's IT operations. You will:
- Manage the performance of the organisation's Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other technology partners.
- Maintain oversight of Microsoft 365, identity management, infrastructure, networks, telecommunications and business-critical systems.
- Lead supplier reviews, monitor service levels and ensure accountability for delivery.
