About the Role: I am looking for a Technical Specialist – Microsoft 365 to join a highly skilled IT Operations team supporting a large, complex European environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced M365 engineer who wants to deepen their technical expertise and broaden their impact across solution delivery, strategy, and innovation. You’ll play a key role in both resolving complex incidents and driving forward new capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—working with modern technologies while also supporting legacy services. This role offers excellent exposure, career progression, and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

What you'll do: As a subject matter expert, you will:

  • Provide 3rd line support across the Microsoft 365 platform
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across multiple European business units
  • Design and implement secure, scalable M365 solutions aligned to business needs
  • Lead and support tenant migrations using first- and third-party tools
  • Contribute to the M365 strategy and roadmap
  • Support delivery of large-scale programmes (e.g. Autopilot, Defender deployments)
  • Promote platform capabilities and engage users to maximise value
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, and support knowledge transfer
  • Participate in on-call support for a 24/7 environment
