Marketing Campaign Manager We are partnering with a global business services business to appoint a Marketing Campaign Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering high-performing marketing campaigns, nurturing prospects through the buyer journey, and supporting business growth through data-driven marketing activity. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Acquisition, you will take ownership of outbound and nurture marketing campaigns, leveraging HubSpot to engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversion activities. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and execute targeted outbound and nurture campaigns across multiple channels. Develop and optimise automated marketing workflows within HubSpot. Manage lead segmentation, scoring, nurturing programmes, and reporting. Support sales teams with effective enablement tools, content, and campaign assets. Monitor campaign performance, analysing engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
