Paulig is on a mission to shape the future of food. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Manufacturing Director to lead our manufacturing within wet sauces and snacking operations across our Tipton (UK) and Berga (Spain) sites.
This is a high-impact leadership role, sitting on both the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) and the Paulig Group Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for driving manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across international sites.
