This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious business that partners with clients on complex transformation, business change, technology implementation and M&A integration programmes. Having established a strong reputation and secured an impressive pipeline of work, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of an experienced delivery professional. Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, you will take ownership of multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered successfully whilst building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Lead the successful delivery of multiple client projects and transformation programmes. Manage project timelines, priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations. Resolve delivery challenges and manage stakeholder conflict effectively. Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality and timescales. A core objective of this appointment is to increase delivery leadership capacity within the business, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic growth whilst maintaining exceptional standards of client service and delivery.
