A leading UK leisure and entertainment destination is seeking a Group Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations across two vibrant sites. This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to shape the future of high-footfall attractions known for their innovation, investment, and visitor experience.
You will lead a team of around 30 experienced technical staff, managing everything from ride engineering and infrastructure upgrades to seasonal event builds and long-term asset planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance across two sites
- Developing and delivering preventative maintenance schedules
- Managing compliance, inspections, and safety testing
- Overseeing ride engineering and ensuring safety standards are met
