The role involves diary management, travel and meeting coordination, document preparation, and general office support.

• Diary Management

  • Proactively manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Meeting Coordination

  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.

• Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling queries and correspondence efficiently.

• Travel Management

  • Arrange national and international travel, including accommodation, transport, and itineraries.

• Document Management
