Role: You will have full responsibility for the performance of a multi-site logistics business, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Leading multiple depot operations as one integrated business.
Managing budgets, costs and overall P L performance.
Developing high-performing leadership teams and driving accountability.
Improving service levels, operational efficiency and customer experience.

Person: We are looking for an experienced logistics leader with: Senior management experience within logistics, transport or supply chain.
A track record of leading multi-site operations.
Strong commercial acumen with budget and P L responsibility.
Excellent knowledge of transport compliance and operational best practice.
Proven experience driving performance, change and continuous improvement.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
