What you will be doing
- Managing a busy Inbox and answering calls
- First point of contact for customers to resolve a variety of queries
- Responding to general enquiries and escalating more complex issues to the relevant teams
- Work closely with various teams within the organisation to follow up on information
- Working to specific service level agreements
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience within a customer service role managing a busy Inbox and taking calls
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A calm, professional and can do approach when dealing with customers
- Flexible and adaptable to new roles and environments
- Availability to start immediately
