Candidate profileReporting to a Software Engineering Manager, the Lead Backend Engineer will serve as the technical authority for backend development—setting architectural direction, shaping engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement across tools and delivery processes.While remaining hands-on for high-impact work, your primary influence will come through technical leadership: empowering teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing services.With deep expertise in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven systems like Kafka, you'll help ensure architectural consistency and elevate engineering standards across multiple teams.This role is central to aligning technical strategy with business objectives and future-proofing the products backend capabilitiesPerson
