With a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation and operational excellence, the business develops and maintains a suite of bespoke applications that support critical business operations across multiple sites and locations. The position is based in the Teesside area, with a flexible hybrid working model following an initial onboarding period.

Role: This is a hands-on technical leadership position, combining software engineering, architecture and stakeholder engagement. You will take ownership of the design, development and delivery of business-critical applications while helping shape the future technology strategy of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of enterprise-scale applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
  • Defining technical architecture, development standards and best practices across the software estate.
  • Driving cloud adoption and modernisation initiatives within a growing Azure environment.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge assumptions and deliver effective solutions.
